This Plugin displays all Messages like Juked Maps, TM-Karma votes and System Messages into a
transparent Widget instead within the Chat. The Chat keeps cleaner and the Players are able to chat, without
disorders.

Please make sure the requirements and dependencies are met for your Installation,
otherwise MPAseco can not start, raise an error and quits. It is always recommended that
the latest release from MPAseco is installed!
